Design Features

A gate drop rod secures the front and rear doors, allowing them to be opened to either side for easy entry/exit by sows.

Our farrowing crates are available in either powder-coated epoxy paint or hot-dipped galvanized finishes

Shengrui manufactures replacement bow bars, finger bars, legs, door panels, and other farrowing crate parts that can be purchased individually, extending the life of your investment while maintaining high-wear components' integrity.

Compared to other farrowing crates, Shengrui's Advantage sets the standard. Among all of our crate designs, this one is the most versatile. The Advantage of farrowing crates come in tubular or solid rod construction with finger bars or bow bars on each side panel.

In terms of versatility, the Advantage farrowing crate is the best crate for every producer.

We offer Shengrui head gates, rear doors, feeders, and creep dividers for all new equipment installations.

Almost any floor can be installed on Advantage crates thanks to their universal mounting feet.

To build a crate that meets your specific needs, there are three options of side bars (with/without anti-crush bar); finger bars, bow bars, and solid bars (with/without anti-crush bar).

• When sows stand, anti-crush bars flip out of the way, but when they lie down, they prevent them from flopping on their sides and crushing their piglets.
• The finger-style side bars are adjustable for different sizes of sows and gilts, enhancing piglets' access to the teats.

Depending on the side bar options, Advantage crates require as few as 12 bolts to assemble.

Available in 7'0" and 7'6" lengths in solid rod or tubular metal.

On the crate, an optional heat lamp hanger arm and a 10" chart plate are available

You can choose from either our classic blue powder-coated epoxy paint or our hot-dipped galvanized finish.
